cleopatra the movie
so this movie about Cleopatra is okay.i watched all 4 hours over several different watchings. its reaaally historically inaccurate though the lil important details they left out were not huge but enough for someone who knew about them to complain. which i just read a 1200 page book about her so yeah it paled in comparison. i actually like the movie about Caesar and Cleopatra with VivienLeigh better.. im more fond of caesar then Mark Antony though.
The set design was amazing and the costumes pretty whimsical also.

Ok so here's goes I started this playlist by picking one song from each album that was my favorite.I then listened to it while i was doing research on Cleopatra for new art commission and well if there was a modern day version of Cleopatra and her life.i think these songs could be on the soundtrack in some super surreal indie awesome past post modern for the times Sophia Coppola kindof way.i could just be completely weird though.Cleo was in love with many and was the last ruler of Egypt.She fell in love with Julius Caesar when he was 52 she was 21 & gave him his only son then after his death fell in love with mark antony & gave him 3 children while all in the middle of this they tried to conquer the world..lost to Octavian's forces mark antony and cleo committed suicide.Cleopatra's nose, had it been shorter, the whole face of the world would have been changed.here you go daughter of Isis. heres your indiefixx
